Director MBA Career Management

Michelle Antonio currently serves as the Director of Wharton’s MBA Career Management office, joining the office in 2003 as a career advisor for the Consulting and Public Interest industries. Prior to joining Wharton, Michelle worked at Deloitte Consulting as the MBA Recruiting Director of their Chicago office, and at Bain & Company as a Consultant and Summer Associate. Additionally, Michelle spent four years in marketing research and consulting, advising consumer packaged goods clients on their marketing strategies as an Account Executive at Information Resources, Inc.

Michelle earned her MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1997 and is a proud Wharton alumna, earning her BS, Economics & Marketing concentrations from Wharton in 1991.
