Vice President, Cowen & Co.

Timothy Papp is a Vice President in Cowen’s Health Care Investment Banking Group, where he is responsible for the execution of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Papp joined Cowen in 2007 from KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Prior to KeyBanc, Mr. Papp worked at LLR Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on investments in the Mid-Atlantic region, and in the investment banking group at Rodman & Renshaw.

Mr. Papp received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in economics from Duke University.
