Jim Wolfe is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Leveraged Finance at RBC Capital Markets. Jim oversees the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged loans, bridge loans, and high yield offerings for corporations and financial sponsors in connection with leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Jim spent 15 years at Bear Stearns, where he was a Senior Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group and responsible for debt products for the Industrials, Consumer/Retail, Technology and Healthcare industry groups. Jim has completed over 100 leveraged transactions with aggregate proceeds of over $125 billion. Jim received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
