Michael Collins is an Executive Director and Head of the US Equity Risk Management group of UBS Warburg ("UBSW"). Michael has spent the past eight years providing US companies with solutions to their equity risk problems in the areas of capital raising, capital retirement, capital preservation and employee benefits. The ERM Group was recently ranked #1 by both Risk Magazine and Euromoney for its expertise in corporate equity risk management. Michael joined UBSW in June of 1991 as a member of its New York-based Mergers and Acquisitions Department. In March of 1993, he relocated to San Francisco, co-founding UBSW's West Coast Investment Banking office. Prior to joining UBS Warburg, Michael worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Dean Witter Reynolds. Michael received a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1989.
