Dan is a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group in New York. His main responsibilities include the origination, marketing, and pricing of equity and equity-linked offerings for issuers worldwide. Dan focuses specifically on companies in the Energy, Utility, Retail and Financial Service industries.

Prior to joining the Equity Capital Markets Group, Dan worked in the Investment Banking Group for the Financial Institutions Group. While working in investment banking, Dan worked on equity and debt financings as well as mergers and acquisitions for financial institutions.

Dan received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
