Tom Flanagan is a Managing Director in the Global Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Flanagan has experience in overseeing a range of corporate finance and investment banking transactions including public equity and high yield offerings, syndicated credit facilities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for both leveraged and investment grade clients. His clients include Blackstone Group, Bruckmann, Rosser & Sherrill, Citicorp Venture Capital, Joseph Littlejohn & Levy and Vestar Capital Partners. Mr. Flanagan was previously a senior member of the Consumer Products Group at Lehman Brothers and has completed significant transactions for several consumer products and industrial companies including Chiquita Brands, Nabisco, Inc., Salton, Inc. and Shop-Vac Corporation. Mr. Flanagan received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his A.B. in Economics from Lafayette College. He is also a graduate of the Taft School. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1997, Mr. Flanagan was a senior member of Dillon Read's Building Products and Home Furnishings Group.
