Mr. Horowitz is an Assistant District Administrator in the Philadelphia Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He supervises a staff of attorneys and other professionals who investigate possible violations of the federal securities laws. Mr. Horowitz received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from the University of Connecticut. He has also earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Law School.
