Ms. Pritchett joined CIBC World Markets in 2001 as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group. Ms. Pritchett has over 13 years of experience as an investment banker focused on healthcare. Ms. Pritchett has expertise in covering both mid- and large-cap clients with a concentration in the life sciences. Prior to joining CIBC, Ms. Pritchett was a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Group at Lehman Brothers where she was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of M&A, equity, IPO, private placement, convertible and debt transactions. Recent transactions include financings and M&A advisory assignments for KV Pharmaceuticals, Cambrex Corporation, Cephalon, ILEX Oncology, Third Wave Technologies, ZymoGenetics, Teva, Dexter/Life Technologies and Biomatrix. Ms. Pritchett has also worked as a healthcare investment banker at Salomon Brothers, Salomon Smith Barney and SG Warburg. Ms. Pritchett earned a B.S. in psychology from Duke University in 1987.
