Eric W. Roberts Managing Director Lehman Brothers

Mr. Roberts is a Managing Director and co-head of Lehman's global health care group responsible for the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences effort. He has extensive experience in financing and mergers and acquisitions advisory involving a wide variety of companies in over 100 transactions. Mr. Roberts joined Lehman in April of 2000 from Warburg Dillon Read where he worked since 1989. He founded the firm's life sciences effort in 1992 and built it into the leading life science group on Wall Street. Prior to joining Warburg, Mr. Roberts was at Citicorp Venture Capital and previously was an officer of the mergers and acquisitions advisory group at Citicorp Investment Bank. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
