Jeremy Sloan

Goldman Sachs
Mr. Sloan is a Vice President in the New Products Group, specializing in structuring and executing complex merger, restructuring and hybrid equity financing transactions. Recent transaction experience includes: AT&T's legal separation of AWE; AT&T's pending broadband spin-off and merger; Ford's $5 billion convertible trust preferred offering; Pharmacia's spin-off of Monsanto; dual tranche offering for Prudential; dual tranche offering for Anthem; and Sara Lee's split-off of Coach. Mr. Sloan originally joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an associate in 1999. Prior to joining Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Sloan was a tax associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore (1996 -- 1999). Mr. Sloan received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1992, and thereafter received his juris doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 1996.
