Gordon St. John is a Principal and Benefit Consultant, and is the office manager of Buck Consultants' Philadelphia office. He serves as Account Executive and consultant to a broad range of clients. As office manager, he is responsible for the delivery of compensation, benefit and human resources consulting services for Buck's clients in the region. Gordon joined Buck in 1995 and has 18 years of benefits and related experience.

EXPERIENCE
Gordon focuses on helping clients to align their human resources and business strategies through the effective design, delivery and communication of compensation and benefit programs.

He has assisted employers in developing administrative strategies that have included both re-engineering of internal functions and outsourcing to third parties. Gordon has extensive experience in implementing Health & Welfare and Defined Benefit plans.

Gordon has worked with clients to develop investment policy, and has assisted in fund manager selection. He has helped organizations design and implement communication and investment education programs for employees, and has led employee education presentations.
