Parker has over 13 years of investment banking experience, working on Mergers & Acquisitions, equity financings and debt financings for a number of companies in a variety of industries.

He currently has responsibility for managing the Merrill Lynch relationship at electric and gas utilities, and prior to that, Parker covered telecommunications companies and industrial companies.

Parker graduated with a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the JL Kellogg School of Management. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
