Kenneth Moelis,

Kenneth D. Moelis is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking -Americas at UBS. He was Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he worked for 10 years after spending ten years at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Moelis has advised in several of the most prominent M&A transactions of the past twenty years including Allied Waste - Browning Ferris, Univision - Hispanic Broadcasting, Turner Broadcasting - MGM, Fred Meyer - Kroger, Jacor - Clear Channel, Hilton Hotels - Bally Manufacturing, Hilton - Promus Corporation and has been involved in the issuance of over $100 billion of securities in Leveraged Finance transactions. During his tenure as head of Corporate Finance at DLJ, DLJ went from being #7 in High Yield Finance to the #1 underwriter of High Yield Securities for the 1990s.
Mr. Moelis is a member of the Board of Directors of Web Capital Services, Tourette Syndrome Association, and the Center for Early Education, is on the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Hospital and a member of the Board of Advisors of Leonard Green & Partners.
Mr. Moelis earned his Undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and MBA at the Wharton Business School where he is also a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board.
He is married to Julie Taffet, and is the father of three sons and a daughter.

David Rosenberg
Chief Economist for North America
Merrill Lynch
David Rosenberg is Merrill Lynch's Chief Economist for North America. He was named to this role in December 2002 and is the primary economic spokesman for the United States and Canada. Mr. Rosenberg is responsible for formulating and communicating Merrill Lynch's North America economic, interest rate and earnings outlook. He works closely with Rich Bernstein, Merrill Lynch's U.S. strategist, as well as the Equity, Fixed Income and Economics teams globally.
Mr. Rosenberg joined Merrill Lynch in May 2000 as our Canadian chief economist and strategist where he is widely recognized for his depth of knowledge and strategic point of view in the markets. Since joining the firm, he has displayed a unique ability to bridge the economic fundamentals of both equities and fixed income for the benefit of clients. Together with his regional team, he has provided the Canadian economic overview and strategy as well as a regional context to the Merrill Lynch Global Economics team.
In the 2002 Brendan Woods International Survey, Mr. Rosenberg ranked No. 1 in Economics. He began his investment career in 1983 at the Bank of Canada as an economist. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was the senior economist at Nesbitt Burns as well as the Bank of Nova Scotia. David has B.A. and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Toronto.
