Aron Schwartz,

Mr. Schwartz has been with Fenway Partners since August 1999 and has worked on a number of Fenway's portfolio companies, including Simmons Company, Harry Winston, Sleep Country USA, MW Windows and Riddell, Inc. where he has distinguished himself in the development and execution of turnaround plans and growth strategies. Mr. Schwartz was previously with Salomon Smith Barney, where he was an associate in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group. There he worked on a variety of financings and advisory assignments for companies owned by financial sponsors. Mr. Schwartz is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He received his J.D. and M.B.A with honors from U.C.L.A. in December 1996 and his B.A. and B.S.E cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in May 1993.
