Mr. Zoia is the founder and Managing Partner of Glocap.

Before founding Glocap, Mr. Zoia worked at DLJ and McKinsey. Adam started his career as an academic, having taught at Harvard College for three years as a Teaching Fellow in Economics.

Mr. Zoia has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School with a concentration in finance (summa cum laude), a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude), an Honours B.A. and a Masters in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Oxford University (Balliol College) in England (he graduated with a first on all papers and on his thesis) and a JD from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude).
