Mr. Fiore is Senior Vice President, Small Enterprise Assistance Funds ("SEAF"), a private equity fund manager investing in, and providing active technical assistance to, businesses located in underserved communities around the world. SEAF has completed over 200 investments, investing in 23 countries located in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Latin America. Mr. Fiore is a Managing Partner and Founder of SEAF U.S. Partners, L.P., a $120 million private equity fund being formed to invest in U.S. businesses located in, or hiring from, low- and moderate-income communities or minority-owned businesses.
Prior to joining SEAF in June 2002, Mr. Fiore spent five years as a volunteer board advisor to several SEAF funds and was previously a principal of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Fiore worked with Wasserstein Perella Group, Inc. for nine years.
Mr. Fiore is a frequent guest speaker at Howard University's School of Business and a professional mentor in Howard's career counseling program. He is a graduate of Davidson College.
