Daniel More is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and heads the Firm's Utility Mergers and Acquisitions effort. He has been an investment banker since 1978 and has specialized in the energy sector since 1986,
Mr. More has substantial domestic merger and acquisition experience including advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, takeover defenses, and restructurings. He has worked with numerous other regulated industry clients including investor owned utilities, co-operatives, and municipal utilities on their strategic alternatives. Mr. More also has extensive international experience, which includes two and a half years in Morgan Stanley's London office working with European utility clients and he has worked on numerous energy privatizations around the world, including Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, the People's Republic of China, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, Venezuela and Continental Europe.
He graduated from Colby College with a degree in Economics and received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
