Dr. Mullin is an economist by training and possesses excellent academic, government and private sector credentials in developing and implementing global asset allocation models. He has over ten years of experience, including working as ABN AMRO's Chief U.S. Equity Strategist, Salomon's Chief Equity Strategist for Latin America, Smith Barney's Head of Emerging Markets Asset Allocation, and Senior Economist and Staff Chief at the New York Federal Reserve.
