Paul Stefanick is a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and head of Merrill Lynch's Global Industrial M&A team based in New York. Since joining the M&A group in 1988 he has advised a global client base on numerous merger, acquisition, sale, divestiture, takeover defense, and recapitalization assignments. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Stefanick earned his CPA credentials while working on the audit staff at Price Waterhouse for four years. He received a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
