John A. Katzenberg,

John is currently a Managing Director in Citigroup Global Markets' Financial Entrepreneurs Group. The group provides coverage of financial buyers/private equity firms.

He joined the firm in 1992 and was one of the founding members of FEG. Prior to joining Citigroup, John spent seven years as a commercial real estate investment specialist with CB Richard Ellis.

Transaction experience includes acquisition finance, initial public and follow-on equity offerings and M&A for financial buyers. These transactions have been across many industries.

John received a BA from Tufts University in Soviet and East European Studies and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
