Dan is the West Coast representative for SETG providing corporate structuring expertise for clients, particularly those in the technology industry. He is based in San Francisco. Dan rejoined Deutsche Bank in November 2003 after spending two years at Omniquest Capital, LLC, where he was a founding partner. Prior to that, he spent two years as a Managing Director within Deutsche Bank's debt capital markets business. Prior to the Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust merger Dan was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust providing West Coast corporates coverage with FX, fixed income and equity derivatives and structured funding and investment products. Between 1986 and 1994, Dan held various Treasury positions with Apple Computer, Inc. including Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Foreign Exchange management. Dan has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business 1986 and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University 1982.
