Ken Marks is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in its Global Energy and Utility Group. He has been an investment banker at Morgan Stanley since 1978 and is responsible for advising a broad range of companies in the utility and energy sectors. He specializes in providing advice to clients on strategic transactions, including electric and gas utility mergers and acquisitions, transactions involving unregulated power and other energy-related transactions.

From 1990 to 1993, Ken headed the Firm’s mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and project finance activities in non-Japan Asia.

In addition to an MBA from University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), Ken has a Ph.D in finance from New York University.
