Mr Mora is an Executive Director in the Financial Sponsors Group in New York. He joined UBS in 2001. As a member of FSG, Mr. Mora is responsible for coverage of Citicorp Venture Capital, CSFB/DLJ Merchant Banking, Soros, Triarc, Oak Hill, Rhone Group, Cortec Group and Quadrangle Group. Prior to joining UBS Mr. Mora was the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer for AFLA, a Venture Capital joint venture between Citicorp Venture Capital and Antfactory Holdings. Prior to that, Jorge was a Managing Director with The Exxel Group (the largest private equity group in Latin America with $2 billion under management). He has significant experience in investment banking, having been a Vice President for the U.S. mergers and acquisitions practice at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Mora is a U.S. citizen of Cuban origin, has a BA from The University of Miami in Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business. He also completed graduate courses in International Economics at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
