Martin Ragde is a Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers. He leads the firm's efforts in originating fixed income underwriting and risk management transactions for corporations in the media, communications and technology industries with primary coverage responsibility for some of the market's largest borrowers. Mr. Ragde joined Lehman Brothers in 1990. In addition to over 10 years experience in capital markets origination, he has been a senior investment banking coverage banker for companies in the technology, consumer and retail industries.

Mr. Ragde received his B.S from the University of Virginia, and he holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
