Louise Schneider,
Financial Products and Services Coordinator,
Women's World Banking

Ms. Schneider is the Financial Products & Services Coordinator for WWB. She manages WWB's Loan Guarantee Program, and together with the Financial Products & Services team, the Investment Program Pilot, Capitalization Facility, financial advisory and broker services, financial performance monitoring, and annual capital markets workshops. Most recently, she has been focused on the development of financial risk management tools for WWB network members. Her initiatives contribute to WWB's strategy to promote network members' access to local commercial funds. Prior to joining WWB, Ms. Schneider was a microfinance consultant working in Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Peru.

Ms. Schneider has nine years of banking experience at JP Morgan Chase and National Westminster Bank, where she served as a Vice President in Transportation & Leasing. She has a Masters in Latin American Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an undergraduate business degree from University of Vermont.
