Michael Martin

Michael E. Martin joined UBS Investment Bank, as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Institutions Group in May 2002. Prior to joining UBS Warburg, Mr. Martin was with CSFB from 1987 to 2002 where he was Managing Director and head of the Global Bank and Diversified Finance Group. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Martin practiced law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Martin received his BA summa cum laude, from Claremont Men's College and his JD from Columbia University Law School.
