Jim is currently a Managing Director and the Head of Global Equity Capital Markets for Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing Merrill Lynch's equity capital raising efforts for clients by leveraging the firm's unrivaled equities platform with its commitment to continuous innovation. Jim has been in Equity Capital Markets in various capacities since 1991, including a year in London as well as co-running the execution side of the business. Prior to ECM, Jim worked in Merrill Lynch's Merchant Banking Group. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Jim was a commercial banker at Philadelphia National Bank.

Jim received an MBA from the Wharton School and received a BA in History from Lafayette College.
