Roy is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group, focusing on IT Services companies. Roy started with Bear Stearns in 1997 as an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking Group. After graduating with a Bachelors of Commerce degree in 1991, Roy spent four years with the Audit, Business Advisory and Financial Consulting practice at Arthur Andersen in Bombay, India. Roy also spent a year as a senior member of the Corporate Development team at NBC Internet, a company owned by General Electric.

Roy received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1997, and received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in Bombay, India in 1991. Roy is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
