Henry Catry

Henry is an Executive Director in UBS Investment Bank's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He works on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and sales of private and public companies in a range of industries including industrials, telecommunications and healthcare. Most recently, Henry worked on General Electric Company's $3.8 billion sale of GE Advanced Materials to Apollo Management, L.P. and BHP Billiton Limited's $810 million sale of BHP Billiton Tintaya S.A. to Xstrata plc.

Prior to joining the firm in August 2003, Henry worked for Merrill Lynch in its mergers and acquisition group from 1997 to 2003 and for First Interstate Bank in its investment management group from 1990 to 1995.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, received an M.B.A. with high honors as a Palmer Scholar from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in quantitative economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1990.
