Tom Flanagan is a Managing Director and Head of Middle Market Coverage in the Global Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Flanagan has experience in overseeing a range of corporate finance and investment banking transactions including public equity and high yield offerings, syndicated credit facilities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for both leveraged and investment grade clients. His clients include Apax Partners, Bruckmann, Rosser & Sherrill, Citigroup Venture Capital, Cypress Group, JW Childs, Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer and Teachers’ Private Capital. Mr. Flanagan was previously a senior member of the Consumer Products Group at Lehman Brothers and has completed significant transactions for several consumer products and industrial companies.

Mr. Flanagan received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his A.B. in Economics from Lafayette College. He is also a graduate of the Taft School.
