Andy joined McKinsey’s New York office as a consultant in 2006. In his previous career, Andy was an equity analyst in London covering the Metals and Mining sector. He led Deutsche Bank’s European Mining research team from 2000 to 2003, during which time he was voted Europe’s number one mining analyst in Institutional Investor and Extel surveys, the youngest recipient of the awards. He also spent a year working with a UK NGO examining the role financial services companies play in the development of resource rich developing countries.

He completed his MBA with INSEAD in July 2005. He included an exchange with Wharton in his INSEAD program.
