Stephanie Mann joined Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking as a summer associate in 2003. Significant roles on transactions include buy-side advisor in the $33 billion leveraged buyout of HCA by KKR, Bain Capital and MLGPE, sell-side advisor for Ford Motor Company in the $15 billion leveraged buyout of Hertz by CD&R, Carlyle and MLGPE.

She brings prior business experience from various strategy roles including Business Development Manager at Informative, Inc., Founder and CEO of Patient Gateway (software company), and consultant at Stockamp & Associates.

Stephanie received her MBA with honors from The Wharton School, where she specialized in Finance and Health Care and her BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
