Henny Sender is on the US Money and Investment team for The Wall Street Journal in New York. Ms. Sender covered finance in New York for several years before moving to Tokyo in 1987 where she worked for Institutional Investor for five years. Ms. Sender joined Dow Jones and moved to Hong Kong in 1992 where she covered finance in the region for both the Far Eastern Economic Review and the Asian Wall Street Journal. Her work on the overseas Chinese received a citation from the Overseas Press Club and Ms. Sender was a finalist for the National Magazine Awards. Her book on India, The Kashmiri Pundits, was published by Oxford University Press.

Ms. Sender received an MS from Columbia University School of Journalism.
