Seth Shepetin is a Principal of Katzenbach Partners LLC, specializing in change management, financial services, post merger integration, front line performance, senior leadership effectiveness and strategy. Projects Seth has led include helping a Biotech firm complete a post-merger integration and leadership transition and supporting an insurance provider on front line productivity improvement.

Prior to 2004, Seth was SVP of Strategic Planning and Development for Chase Financial Services (CFS), leading long-term strategy, merger evaluation and integration, risk management and performance measurement.

Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Seth consulted to financial services clients in the US and overseas for McKinsey & Co., and provided economic analysis for clients of Data Resources, Inc. Seth earned a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
