Martin Sikora has been editor since 1984 of Mergers & Acquisitions, monthly professional magazine that covers the latest trends and developments for practicing professionals in the m&a field.

Prior to joining M&A, he was a political reporter and bureau chief for United Press International and for 14 years was a business and financial reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer. He also was a vice president of Sindlinger & Co., economic and political research and forecasting firm.

A native of New York and a graduate of New York University, Sikora was a lecturer in mergers and acquisitions at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 2004 and was co-editor the Mergers & Acquisitions Handbook and the Change Management Handbook.
