Andree Simon serves FINCA as Deputy Director. She provides strategic guidance to FINCA’s network affiliates and management team and manages the institutional strategy agenda on behalf of the Executive. She has direct oversight over Planning, Strategy, Policy & Technical Assistance, and Research. In addition, she leads special project teams on issues of critical importance including Transformation and Corporate Governance. Prior to joining FINCA, Simon served as a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates.

Simon received an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Virginia. She holds an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
