Ted Young joined Bear Stearns Merchant Banking in 2004, and focuses on investments in specialty and agricultural chemicals, transportation and logistics and food and beverage. From 1997-2004, Ted was a Principal at Harvest Partners, Inc., where he managed three investments and was significantly involved with the firm's European effort. Prior to joining Harvest, Ted worked in the investment banking divisions of Merrill Lynch & Co. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read in New York, London and Zurich.

Ted holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in History from Dartmouth College.
