Mr. de Boer is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley’s Global Securities Industry corporate finance practice where he is responsible for client relationships and transaction execution for exchanges, inter-dealer brokers, online and traditional brokers, as well as technology, processing and information service providers to the securities industry. Previously, Mr. de Boer was Vice President with JPMorgan’s Investment Bank where he helped found and develop a similar corporate finance practice. During his tenure with JPMorgan, Mr. de Boer also served as Head of Global Strategic Investments & Strategy for the Fixed Income Division and was a founding member of the Investment Team at LabMorgan, JPMorgan’s e-finance business unit, where he executed numerous venture capital investments and served as a board member for several companies. Mr. de Boer holds a B.A. from Union College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
