Brian Heese is a Director in Merrill Lynch’s Debt Capital Markets Group. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1996 after obtaining his MBA from Wharton. Brian has a broad range of debt and derivatives transaction experience, working with clients in the auto, media, telecom, pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. He currently manages Merrill Lynch’s U.S. structured note origination effort, identifying and executing arbitrage-driven financing opportunities for domestic and international financial institutions.
