S. R. Rajan has recently joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President in the Fixed Income Division. His work involves enterprise valuation across various product lines and businesses. Previously he worked at McKinsey & Co. as a senior practice expert with the Corporate Finance Practice. Prior to his tenure at McKinsey, he was a Vice President with Stern Stewart & Co. and led their utility practice.

He has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, and a PhD in Engineering from Northwestern University.
