Clifford H. Aronson Mr. Aronson represents clients in antitrust matters relating to mergers and acquisitions before federal and state antitrust agencies as well as grand juries.

Mr. Aronson has been an instructor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a regular speaker on mergers and acquisitions at Wharton’s Executive Education Program. In addition, he was the co-editor of a book entitled Mergers and Acquisitions - Understanding the Antitrust Laws, published by the American Bar Association. He was also Vice-Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Aronson was selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2007 and The Best Lawyers in America 2008.

Mr. Aronson holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. (cum laude) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
