Mr. Bassini is a Managing Principal and co-founder of the Investment Advisor and Chairman of the BassiniCo Advisory Board.

Mr. Bassini was previously a Managing Director and Chief International Portfolio Manager of BEA Associates, where he oversaw $7 billion in client assets. Mr. Bassini was also the Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of several NYSE-listed funds, including The Chile Fund, The Brazilian Equity Fund, The Latin America Investment Fund, and The Latin America Equity Fund.

He currently sits on the boards of several Latin American corporations, including Duroplast Holding de México, S.A. de C.V., Avantel Holdings, Industrias Tricolor S.A., and Global Packaging Corporation.

Mr. Bassini is a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Advisory Board and the Board of the Huntsman Program for International Studies and Busine University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bassini holds a B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
