John M. Buley, Jr. John M. Buley, Jr. manages JPM Mezzanine Capital, LLC ("JPMMC") and is Chairman of the Investment Committee. JPMMC is a proprietary investment vehicle of JPMorgan that provides junior capital for U.S. and European based mid-cap and larger-cap issuers. Mr. Buley assumed responsibility for Mezzanine Investments in early 2003, while Head of Corporate Finance for Banc One Capital Markets. He also managed Bank One's Middle Market Loan Syndicate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and middle market corporate finance activities from 1996 to 2004.

Prior to joining the Firm in 1996, Mr. Buley was Head of Corporate Finance at CoreStates Financial Corporation. He began his career in 1982 as an Associate at White & Case in New York.

Mr. Buley has a B.A., M.A. and a Juris Doctor from Temple University and a Master of Laws in International Taxation from Villanova University.
