Mr. Ditri has been in private equity for over 25 years and has completed approximately 60 transactions. A fundless sponsor, Mr. Ditri currently serves as the Managing Director and Founder of Prodos Capital Management LLC, a merchant banking firm based in New York City. His prior partners have included Sam Zell, Arthur Goldberg, and Hicks Muse Tate and Furst. He focuses on lower middle market manufacturing, distribution, and consumer product companies, primarily in North America and Europe. He is a value-oriented investor and seeks companies that have the potential for improved shareholder value by improved operating management, more focused strategic direction and add-on acquisitions.

Prior to 1981, Mr. Ditri was in management consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and Touche Ross. He was a partner in the consulting division of Touche Ross for 15 years. He graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Finance.
