David V. Elkins

David Elkins is responsible for all AstraZeneca Group finance matters in North America. Since joining the company in 1995, David has held a variety of senior finance roles. Prior to his current role, David served as CFO for AstraZeneca's UK business, where his responsibilities also included commercial brands and information systems. His previous international finance experiences include Asia, global product management and licensing, and biotechnology.

In addition to his AstraZeneca experience, David was Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at Unisys. He started his career at Boeing, where he held various finance positions. David earned his bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Delaware, an M.B.A. in LeBow Business School at Drexel University and a master's degree in organizational dynamics at University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, David is the co-founder of the Walter Stark Scholarship at the University of Delaware, which provides financial assistance to Delaware residents in need.
