Ben Frost Benjamin Frost is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Since joining the Department, Ben has worked on a wide range of transactions including most recently, the sale of First Data Corp. to KKR, the sale of Guidant to Boston Scientific, the sale of Kinder Morgan to a private equity consortium, a Silver Lake / KKR lead consortium’s acquisition of SunGard Data Systems, and the spin off of Western Union from First Data Corp. Ben is also Co-Captain of Morgan Stanley’s investment banking Wharton recruiting team.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ben worked at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., a boutique investment bank, and at Saunders, Karp & Megrue, Stamford, CT.-based private equity fund.

Ben received a B.S. in Economics (cum laude) and an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School. Ben lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
