Bob Hotz is a Senior Managing Director, Co–Chairman of Houlihan Lokey, Co-Head of Corporate Finance and a member of the Board of Directors and Operating Committee of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2002, he was Senior Vice Chairman of UBS and Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas. He joined Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. in 1991 as the Co-Head of the Corporate Finance Department and a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Dillon Read, Bob was Head of the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney (since 1982) and a member of that firm’s executive committee and Board of Directors.

Mr. Hotz serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Health Services, Inc., PepBoys and MedImmune, Inc. Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his M.B.A. from Cornell University.
