Jason T. Milazzo is the Global Head of Morgan Stanley's Corporate Finance Group. Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Milazzo spent five years as a Representative Director and Head of the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley Japan Securities Co., Ltd. He was a member of the Asia Executive Committee and the Japan Management Committee which was responsible for policy, strategy, coordination and administration of Morgan Stanley's business across the entire Pacific Region and Japan. Prior to Mr. Milazzo's assignment in Asia, he was focused on multinational merger and acquisition opportunities in the industrial sector, with an emphasis on international oil companies. Mr. Milazzo has worked extensively throughout Europe, the Former Soviet Union, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia advising clients in a range of complex restructuring, financing and privatisation situations. Prior to Mr. Milazzo's investment banking career, he was in the United States Marine Corps and worked with the United States Secret Service. Mr. Milazzo has earned degrees from the University of Texas and Cornell University.
