Michael Price is a Senior Managing Director in Evercore’s advisory business with 27 years of relevant experience. Since joining Evercore, Mr. Price has advised on SBC’s acquisition of AT&T, Cingular’s acquisition of AT&T Wireless, Scientific Atlanta’s sale to Cisco, Flarion Technologies’ sale to Qualcomm, and Nextel’s sale to Sprint.

Prior to joining Evercore, he held various positions at FirstMark Communications Europe, which he co-founded, including Chairman and CEO. Prior to FirstMark, Mr. Price spent eleven years at Lazard, where he was a Managing Director and founded and led the firm’s Telecom and Technology Group.

Mr. Price serves on the Board of Overseers of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and on the Board of the Rockefeller University Council. He has a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
