Edward M. Yorke is a Vice Chairman in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse. He is Head of the North American Financial Sponsors Group. He was previously Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette prior to that firm’s merger with CSFB in November 2000.

Mr. Yorke has worked with numerous private equity sponsors on many of their most important transactions. He has been involved on the buy and sell side of numerous leveraged buyouts as well as exits through sales, initial public offerings and recaps.

Mr. Yorke serves on the Board of Trustees of Youth, I.N.C., Greenwich Academy and The Matthew Forbes Romer Foundation. He is also on Board of Advisors for The Hospital for Special Surgery.

Mr. Yorke graduated summa cum laude, beta gamma sigma from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
